Today, many of us have multiple homes. We summer in the mountains and winter at the beach or we travel extensively for both business and pleasure. With the accelerating instances of car thefts, home burglaries and unexpected storm catastrophes due to global warming, our homes and belongings are at higher risk.

Fires, fallen trees and broken pipes due to sudden frost are real concerns for the traveling homeowner. And, now there is a new worry. The incidences of identity theft have become a very real threat that we've never before had to consider. We understand that having someone to monitor and protect your home from:

-burglary
-mail theft
-vandals
-unexpected weather catastrophes

and other unforeseen events can help to insure your peace of mind. We created the following service packages to do just that:

Classic level services

Examination of all visual interior and exterior home features to
insure they are intact and unhampered and all indications of home
occupation are maintained.

- Mail is gathered, plants watered, and trash cans are returned to proper storage areas

- Locks windows and doors are observed and inspected

- Operating electrical and plumbing systems such as lighting, security alarms, toilets and pipes are monitored for function

- Lawn conditions such as snow, flooding or leaf disarray are evaluated for maintenance

- Storm preparation

Alarm response services
If your house alarm activated, we (with your permission) will pay an immediate visit to ascertain
the problem & provide a report to you w/photos of any issues.(extra charges apply)

Executive level Services

With the often-long distances between friends and family, sometimes it just isn’t convenient for friends or neighbors to come to our rescue. That’s when we handle the more specific needs of our clients.

Expecting a package?
We can help you avoid the worry of having your package sit outside by handling the retrieval, signing for it and forwarding it, if necessary.

Do you need security surveillance?
We can arrange to have temporary security cameras set up to watch your home in your absence allowing you to log on any time to a private website to view your property.

Contractor supervision
If you scheduled to have maintenance done on your home while you’re gone, we can be there to oversee that the maintenance is being completed in a timely manner. We can also forward you pictures of any updates.

Maid service
Prior to, or after your departure, we can arrange for your home to be thoroughly cleaned so that you can come home to a neat, orderly residence.

Chauffeur service
We will arrange for you to be taken to and from the airport so that you will not have to worry about parking, baggage, etc.

Lawn Service
Your lawn can be regularly maintained and watered while you are away.

In our Classic Concierge service we suggest a minimum bi-weekly security check or we arrange visitations as many times as you request.
If there is an unexpected emergency, we are called to action immediately. Our fees are determined by the size of the property and the amount of visits scheduled per week.
Upon consultation, a plan will be individually tailored to your specific need.
